1. Floor Sanding Service Only - From £17 per square meter

2. Floor Sanding Service Plus Varnish - From £21 per square meter

Floor Sanding Service Extras:

Gap filling using resin and fresh saw dust - From £4 per square meter

Gap filling using slivers of old floor boards - From £12 per square meter

We use High Quality, Professional wood floor varnish that will last for 5+ years if applied and taken care of correctly. We always apply a minimum of three coats of varnish, in high traffic areas such as hallways we always put down at least 4 coats.
