How it works.....

You call or email us and provide us with the room areas in square meters, the overall condition of the floors and how soon you would like the work completed. We will then get back to you within 24 hours by phone or email with a detailed quote for the work, this will include:

1. The total price including extras.
2. The price per square meter broken down in to actual costs.
3. The amount of time it will take (approximately).
4. Our current availability for the dates you mention.

When we arrive at your property at between 7.30am to 8am we will have all the required equipment with us to start the job there and then.

Before we start working on you floors you will need to take us around the property and tell us what you want doing, as long as the information you gave us over the phone or via email is correct (floor condition etc) and you haven't changed your mind with reguards to extras (filling gaps etc) then the price we quoted you will not change and we will get to work on your floors right away, if there are any extra charges we will tell you and seek approval BEFORE we start work.

We will require FULL payment on completion of the work and you can pay us any one of 3 ways:

1. Cash. Cash is always our preferred method of payment.
2. Credit Card. If you wish to pay by Credit Card you MUST tell us in advance, please see below.
3. Cheque. We only accept cheques by prior arangement. Please note that you will be held responsible for any extra charges we may incur by accepting your cheque as payment.

We use Google Checkout to process Credit Card payments, this involves us sending you an invoice via email, from this email invoice you will be directed to the SECURE Google Checkout page to enter your card details and complete payment, we NEVER see your card details. ALL Credit Card processing is done on the SECURE Google website so it is 100% safe to pay us using your Credit Card.
